Required Skills and Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in application development of TIBCO BusinessWorks Implementation of TIBCO for banking clients, Design and Development of Integrations for banks. Minimum of one end-to-end implementation or integration is required. Deep technical expertise on TIBCO Business Works. Experience in creating Functional Specification Document and Interface Specification Documents. Experience on Java, Springboot technologies. Working knowledge in integration of banking applications Variety of technologies including programming fundamentals, SQL, operating systems. Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Preferred Skills and Experience Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables - both Agile and Waterfall. Experience in integration of Core banking application in a bank. Work closely with the business and technical team to understand business requirements, create technical requirements & interface specifications, organise design reviews, test execution and support. Good communication skills Collaborative working with other team members Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
