As a Senior IT Integration professional at Medtronic, you will be tasked with designing and implementing complex integration solutions using multiple Integration tools. Your extensive experience in integration architecture and deep understanding of integration technologies will be instrumental in driving the success of integration projects and contributing to the overall IT strategy of the organization. Serving as a senior member of the technology team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's integration strategy, ensuring the seamless flow of data and processes across the technology landscape. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design integration solutions aligning with the organization's objectives. You will also lead the architectural design process for end-to-end integration solutions. Leveraging your expertise in webMethods suite and other integration technologies, you will design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions. Additionally, you will define and enforce integration architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and maintaining consistency across the ecosystem. As a leader in the IT Integration team, you will provide technical guidance to integration developers, oversee cross-functional teams, and collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure the organization's integration architecture is future-proof. You will also analyze and optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, while staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions for improved integration processes. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and expertise in integration technologies, middleware platforms, and ETL tools are essential. Knowledge of Cloud technology, CI/CD solutions, and enterprise database technologies is also required. Previous experience at Medtronic, a Master's Degree in IT or related field, and proficiency in change management are considered advantageous.
