Support production Issues
Support Month/Quarter/Year End activity
Collect and analyze business requirements for support issues
Work with BSA to understand business requirements
Help Developers understand business requirements
Testing of Technical component/Processes before handover to BSA/Business
Worked with Oracle Support team.
Assist in testing and implementation of CRs of above modules according to the business requirements.
Respond to the customer queries and concerns promptly.
Ensure that project deliverables meet business specifications.
Resolve Oracle related queries & issues of customer in a timely fashion.
