Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives to meet and maintain quality standards. Interpret engineering drawings, material standards, ISO, and other specifications to ensure compliance. Develop and implement error-proofing mechanisms to minimize defects in supplier processes. Oversee defect resolution processes and enforce preventive measures for recurrence of issues. Develop and supervise quality inspection processes and techniques. Apply defect management strategies and implement continuous quality improvements. Measure, monitor, and manage supplier quality performance. Utilize ERP tools such as SAP for production and quality data analysis. Leverage advanced Excel functions and analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Maintain excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills to foster collaboration with international team members. Apply knowledge of mechanical components, experience in electrical or electronic parts optional. Handle deviation processes. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Additional Commitment: Participation in night meetings is mandatory as part of the role's requirements. Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
