You will be responsible for managing the total delivery of clients" requirements both during and post implementation. This includes implementing as per business requirements and project meetings for the clients. You should have excellent error analysis and error resolving skills. Additionally, you will provide training to end customers over voice calls and video sharing, analyze logs, and present results to clients. Maintenance and updating of client or consulting process documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will be required to configure applications, deliver training, and make proactive suggestions to improve processes where applicable. You will also be involved in designing and specifying client enhancements and effectively communicating requirements to the development team. It is important to liaise with internal support to ensure clients" requirements are being satisfied effectively. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Being a creative thinker, confident, and able to express complex ideas in an articulate and concise manner are highly valued. Good analytical skills and confidence are also required for this role.
