As a Manufacturing and Processing Division Leader, your main objective is to provide leadership to all present and future processing units (Khopoli, Kolkata, Vasad) in alignment with sales plans. Your focus should be on ensuring the quality of products through well-developed systems, on-time delivery, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include maximizing utilization, balancing between sales forecast, tenders, and varieties to deliver yields, monitoring and optimizing costs, and delivering plant-level EBIDTA profits. Your primary responsibilities will involve defining the manufacturing strategy for ETC, ensuring capacity utilization and operational guidance, defining good manufacturing practices, and working on improving weak areas and bottlenecks in present processes. You will be responsible for defining the cost of processing, implementing ERP/SAP systems, and developing review systems to ensure effective manufacturing. In terms of factory operations, you will need to ensure production is on schedule in accordance with quality standards, prioritize and plan production according to sales orders, and ensure timely procurement of materials. You will also be responsible for developing production roadmaps, managing production budgets, and overseeing accounting and commercial performance analysis. Additionally, you will need to oversee plant and machinery maintenance, supply chain and logistics alignment, and implementation of best practices and quality improvement processes. It will be essential for you to stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and production techniques to improve safety and efficiency at the plant. Overall, your role will require strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to drive manufacturing excellence and profitability within the organization.,
