Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting personalized pre-sales sessions to understand customer needs and propose solutions. Additionally, you will manage business requirements, including design and analysis, provide end-user training, create BRDs, and develop prototypes. Your role will involve designing process flows, conducting testing, and defining support procedures for ERP implementations. You will oversee the full ERP implementation life cycle and testing phases, translate customer requirements into company processes and solutions, facilitate cut-over and go-live processes, and lead business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.
