As a Solar Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end turnkey project execution of Solar On Grid & BESS EPC projects ranging from 500 kW to 10 MW capacities, including Rooftop & Ground Mount installations. Your duties will involve overseeing tasks such as site survey, design, procurement, dispatch, liaisoning, and project commissioning. It will be your responsibility to manage post-commissioning performance uptime and ensure the successful delivery of the project by ideating, executing, and overseeing all necessary activities. Additionally, you will be required to handle periodic reporting and build/maintain the project management & control team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, along with excellent people management abilities. Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems will be an added advantage.
