As a Senior Technical Consultant in our IT/Consulting department located in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting applications using .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, SQL, Angular, and ERP/HRMS applications. With a focus on modern and legacy systems, you will utilize your expertise in MS SQL, API development, and reporting tools like Crystal Reports and RDLC. Your responsibilities will include developing applications with .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, and Angular, optimizing MS SQL queries, and working on API integration. Collaborating with teams, you will enhance ERP and HRMS applications and provide technical guidance on integrating reporting tools. Moreover, you will contribute to the software architecture, manage legacy applications, and ensure the scalability and security of developed solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, Angular, MS SQL, API development, and reporting tools. Your proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database tuning will be essential, along with your ability to work with REST and SOAP services. Experience in ERP and HRMS applications, Git version control, and object-oriented programming will be advantageous. While not mandatory, familiarity with Azure cloud concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies would be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, coupled with 4-6 years of experience in .NET technologies, MS SQL, Angular, API development, and legacy systems, is required for this position.
