The candidate shall be responsible for ERP/CRM Implementation support of all modules. Provide IT solutions to the business problems Setting up the ERP / CRM system for the client to start using the software as per client requirements Training the client employees on ERP/CRM Software according to the requirement Migrate or transfer data from existing system to new ERP/CRM system. Candidate must have good MS Excel, Word hands-on experience Achieve the milestones of implementations as set by the company Provide Post implementation support.
