Job Description

Assist in ERP software setup, training, and support at client factories
Understand client’s business processes and help digitize them using ERP
Conduct user training sessions and provide handholding support
Coordinate with internal technical team to report issues or feature requests
Prepare documentation, basic reports, and implementation checklists
Regularly visit client sites (within city or nearby areas) for follow-ups and support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
