Job Description

The ideal candidate for the position should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP & BI development and data analysis. It is essential for the candidate to demonstrate a strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models, along with experience in SQL Server and MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and Power BI. The candidate should also have proven ability in analyzing data and extracting meaningful insights, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the preferred qualifications for the role include experience with other ERP and Business Process and Power BI tools, data warehousing and ETL processes, and cloud-based BI solutions such as Azure Power BI or AWS QuickSight. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP would be a plus. The key responsibilities of the role include working on Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP processes and customization, creating dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking them regularly, analyzing data for decision-making, creating, testing, and deploying Power BI scripts, running DAX queries and functions, creating data documentation, constructing a data warehouse, optimizing BI systems, and utilizing filters and visualizations for data understanding. In addition to the technical qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for data-driven decision-making. They should be capable of working independently and collaboratively, and be effective in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
