We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution and commissioning of large-scale renewable energy assets (solar, wind, hybrid) Site Specific This role demands end-to-end ownership from detailed construction planning through to safe, high-quality commissioning ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with zero tolerance for unsafe acts. Reporting To: Head- Projects Key Responsibilities Project Planning Mobilization Develop and maintain detailed Site Execution Plans, including work breakdown structures, resource schedules, and logistics strategies. Lead pre-construction surveys, risk assessments and readiness reviews to anticipate site constraints (access, terrain, weather, local permissions).
