The responsibilities of the role are to support the production team in inventory and issuance of raw materials and spares, as well as to implement the required action plan. You will be managing store activities to support efforts to achieve on-time availability of materials. The specific responsibilities of the analyst in the stores will fall into three primary areas: Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders) - Verify and submit bills to Finance. - Issue raw material to the Mill Room. - Ensure safety in store operations. - Punch indent (issue slip) on a day-to-day basis. Accountability #2: Process / Performance - Update all checklists related to raw materials and spares. - Track general spares stock out. - Punch indent (issue slip) on a day-to-day basis. - Prepare RGP-NRGP as required for materials. - Prepare records of received materials. Accountability #3: People - Manage maintenance spare parts store and bulk oil issuance. - Ensure zero production delay due to compound issuance. - Responsible for safety and 5S in the store area.
