ERP Next Implementation Lead

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects, including planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will customize ERPNext modules based on business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. It will be your duty to coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into effective ERP workflows. Moreover, you will create, test, and maintain custom scripts, reports, and dashboards to enhance the ERPNext environment. Providing training and support to end users, troubleshooting system issues, conducting system audits, and driving continuous improvements are also part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support. - Strong understanding of ERPNext modules such as Accounts, HR, CRM, Projects, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework is an added advantage. - Ability to customize forms, workflows, and reports. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. - Capability to work independently and lead small teams. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in integrating ERPNext with third-party applications, knowledge of database management and performance tuning, and certification in ERPNext or Frappe (optional but preferred).
