As a Lead Generation Specialist at Webtree Software Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting the company's software development services and securing new business. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce software development services and identify business opportunities. - Assisting in planning, deriving strategies, and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. - Effectively negotiating terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals that align with company objectives. - Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new clients and projects. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities in the software development sector. - Gathering and reporting customer feedback to the management team to improve service offerings. - Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information and detailed call notes. **Qualifications Required:** - 0.6-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the IT or web development industry. - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and handle objections. - Basic understanding of IOT (Internet of Things), digital marketing strategies, and SEO. - Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer interactions and data. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a competitive market.
