As an Executive Consultant/ ERP implementation at EAZY Business Solutions, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Responsible for the Pre-sales demonstration of Eazy ERP. - Conducting a Software Requirement Study (SRS) for the clients. - Closely handling all user trainings for the product. - Conducting a User Acceptance Test (UAT) effectively. - Responsible for the Go-live process for the client. - Handling all client queries and providing necessary support. - Managing multiple clients/accounts efficiently. - Gathering any functional/technical requirements from the client and communicating them internally. Qualifications required for this role include: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in client handling, problem resolution, and client retention. - Education: Any graduate/postgraduate with a technical background. - Experience: 2-6 years.
