ERP Functional Lead (FL) and Subject Matter Export (SME)

As a dedicated team member for ERP implementation, you will be required to spend approximately 80% of your time on this project, which equals 4 days per week. The specific functional areas crucial for the ERP implementation include: - Engineering - Sales - General Ledger - Costing and Manufacturing Costing (Standard Costing) - Manufacturing Planning and Execution - Material Planning and Scheduling - Quality Control - Inventory Management (Raw Material Receiving and Shop Floor Inventory Management) - Purchasing (Requisition and Purchase Order) - Finished Goods Inventory and Shipments Your core functional competencies should include team leadership, strong business application knowledge within SAP B1 SQL, a deep understanding of existing functional business processes, and proficiency in training enterprise business application modules. Your primary duties and responsibilities will involve: - Representing the needs and requirements of the business unit - Documenting AS-IS and TO-BE procedures - Learning and understanding software functionality, including integrated parts as a power user - Identifying gaps/changes between existing AS-IS and TO-BE processes and functionalities - Validating and testing customizations - Validating and testing data migration - Actively participating in decisions and providing responsible input - Carrying out tasks efficiently and with a high level of excellence - Communicating project status to the Project Manager - Completing project tasks within your designated track - Training and monitoring end-user self-training In terms of experience and education, you should have 3-5 years of experience working in functional areas relevant to ERP implementation.,
