ERP Coordinator

You are an experienced ERP Coordinator responsible for managing and optimizing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your role involves overseeing system configuration, troubleshooting, user training, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes. You will work closely with different departments to guarantee smooth ERP functionality, provide technical support to users, and assist in resolving system issues. Your key responsibilities include implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the ERP system, coordinating between departments, training employees on system usage, and collaborating with vendors and IT teams for customization and upgrades. You will generate reports, analyze ERP data for insights, and uphold data integrity and security within the system. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in ERP system management or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) is essential, as well as an understanding of business processes like inventory, finance, HR, and supply chain. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also crucial.
