We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews)
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain attendance, payroll support, and HR records
• Assist with performance evaluations and staff coordination
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
• Support management in implementing HR policies
• Conduct training sessions and internal communication activities
• Help maintain a healthy and professional workplace environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR/Business Admin preferred
• 0–2 years experience in HR or admin roles
• Strong communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
• Positive attitude and ability to handle responsibilities independently
