Job Description

Job Title: ERM Store Executive Oil & Gas (EPMC Project) Location: Dahej Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (Extendable further)   Job Purpose: To manage and control project materials and inventory at site in line with EPMC requirements, using ERM software exclusively for all inventory and transaction management. Ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and documented correctly in compliance with company standards and project timelines.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Material Handling & Inventory Management
  • Receive, inspect, and verify project materials as per PO and delivery notes.
  • Ensure proper documentation for material receipt (MRN, GRN) in ERM software.
  • Organize and maintain materials in the warehouse/stores according to industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Regularly update stock levels, issue materials as per approved indents, and maintain real-time records in ERM system only.
  • Documentation & ERM Software Operations
  • Maintain accurate and timely entries of all inward and outward materials in ERM.
  • Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and reconciliation sheets from ERM.
  • Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, and execution teams using data from the ERM system.

    Audit & Compliance
  • Assist with periodic stock audits and physical verification.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project-specific material management protocols.
  • Support in preparing audit trails and documentation solely using ERM outputs.
    Logistics & Coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and project team for timely material movement
  • Track and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies using ERM reports.
    Experience:
  • 8 years experience in material/store management in Oil & Gas, EPC, or EPMC projects.
  • Must have hands-on experience using ERM software (only) for inventory management.
  • Exposure to warehouse/store operations in high-value, large-scale projects preferred.
    Skills:
  • Proficiency in ERM software (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in remote/project site conditions.
