Role and Responsibility: Analyze the water resource data, including precipitation, streamflow, groundwater levels, water availability, and water quality. Assess the availability and sustainability of water sources. Analysis of the watershed/catchment and assess the catchment water balance. Collect, organize, and analyze data related to water resources, risks, and flood modeling. Experience in working on various software such as HEC-RAS, SWAT, Flo-2D, Hydro CAD, ICM, Groundwater dispersion modeling, etc. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate the findings. Stimulate different flood scenarios based on weather data, topography, and hydrological parameters. Prepare the flood mitigation and water risk mitigation plan. Execute multiple projects within scope/schedule/budget expectations and ensure quality standards on deliverables. Requirements: M.S. in Environmental Engineering/Water Resources / Hydrology with specialization in climate science. Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor’s degree will be considered. Support marketing team in executing event registrations, lead follow-ups, and other marketing tactics. Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using automation tools and CRM data. Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation tactics, content strategies, and CRM workflows. Influence And Decision Making Authority Responsible for performing analyses and preparation of forecasts and recommendations in the areas of customer preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends. Responsible for researching market conditions to determine potential sales of ERM products and services. Identifies new business opportunities and inputs into the creation of appropriate business plans. Identifies new market opportunities (i.e., products/services, technologies, markets).
