We are seeking a technically competent Ericsson RAN Integration Engineer with expertise in databuild, configuration, scripting, integration, troubleshooting, and quality checks across multi-technology networks. The role involves supporting Telefonica O2 UK Ericsson network (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with migration, integration, and maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Flexibility for weekend or extended-hour work may be required. Key Responsibilities: Configure & integrate Ericsson 2G/3G/4G/5G base stations on the Telefonica O2 UK network. Manage RAN migration activities , including box swaps, 10Gb/s bearer, L2L3 migration, TDM/ATM to IP, microwave & dark fibre backhaul. Perform troubleshooting and resolution of transport, radio data, and backhaul issues. Conduct databuild, scripting, and parameter correction against design specifications. Use Ericsson ENM, AMOS/MO Shell for provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting. Provide timely progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project processes. Work independently or as part of a small technical team. Operational Experience Essential Strong understanding of IPV4 subnetting, routing & protocols . Knowledge of 2G5G network architectures (RBS, ERBS, DU/BB units, SIU/TCU, BSC, RNC, SecGW, MME, etc.). Experience in commissioning, integration, migration, and upgrades of Ericsson RAN products (RBS6000, BB6XXX, DUG/W/S, SIU). Proficiency with Ericsson ENM (auto-provisioning, CLI) . Hands-on with AMOS/MO Shell scripting and troubleshooting. Exposure to multi-operator, multi-technology networks (Telefonica/Vodafone preferred). Desirable 5+ years in telecom integration & operations. 3+ years LTE RAN integration & support experience. In-depth knowledge of Ericsson ENM tools & scripting . Prior experience on Vodafone & Telefonica O2 UK networks . Technical writing skills for documentation & reporting. Person Specifications Essential Strong team player with ability to work independently. High attention to detail with accuracy in configuration & auditing. Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills using structured, logical approaches. Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to project needs. Desirable Strong communication & technical documentation skills. Knowledge of Wi-Fi, RF theory, wireless/cellular RAN architecture . Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead small teams when required.
