When call to toll-free no then said mail and no body reply the mail. It's bad service. It's happened much time. Every time toll-free executive not satisfied reply or said do mail and never got mail reply.

I am chasing since more than 3 months for the claim but they are simply delaying it with unnecessary reasons. This is not at all acceptable. Really never seen such TPA.

One of the worst TPA i have dealt with. No proper response on the claim status even after following up for more than 2 months. When you speak to there customer care they do not have any answers and even after emailing them on grievance cell and customer care email id no revert has been received for almost 2 months.
