Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Industrial Designer to join our product development team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing innovative, user-centered physical products that combine aesthetic appeal with usability and manufacturability. From sketching and 3D modeling to prototyping and collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, you'll bring ideas to life that reflect our brand values and delight users. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop compelling product concepts from ideation through to final production. Translate user needs, brand identity, and engineering constraints into appealing and functional designs. Create detailed design documentation including sketches, CAD models, renderings, and prototypes. Collaborate closely with engineers, UI/UX designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct research on user behavior, market trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques. Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and prototyping insights. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) standards are met. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and materials innovation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple ergo-related projects, along with exposure to immersive technology and motion capture tools. Role & responsibilities Use Process Simulate Human Builder tool for ergonomic simulations. Independently manage or support 3-4 ergonomic projects . Apply ergonomic theories like REBA , NIOSH , SNOOK , and ART in evaluations. Work with VR , XR , and Mocap (Motion Capture) tools. Utilize Xsens software for motion data analysis. Collaborate using 3D CAD software (preferred). Prepare ergonomic reports and dashboards using Excel , Word , and PowerPoint . Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Factors, or related fields
