Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance, and repair of pharmaceutical lab equipment. The engineer will also ensure effective communication with clients and team members to address and resolve technical issues promptly. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills Experience and proficiency in Field Service Strong Technical Support knowledge Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Experience with pharmaceutical lab equipment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
