The ideal candidate for the position of SAP Recruitment Marketing Consultant should hold an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the HR-Recruitment domain within reputed MNCs, the candidate should possess the latest SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) certification. The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant and robust experience in SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) and the e-Recruitment module (ECC) in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) module in similar project settings. It is essential for the candidate to have been involved in a minimum of 2-4 relevant projects, encompassing full implementation cycles and support projects in SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) and e-Recruitment modules (ECC) as well as SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) module. Hands-on experience in Provisioning settings and Admin center settings for SF-Recruiting Marketing (RMK) is a prerequisite. Moreover, the candidate should possess extensive configuration and integration experience of the Recruiting Marketing module with other SuccessFactors modules. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory for effective collaboration and successful project management.,
