Role & responsibilities Plan, lead, and deliver & Responsible for end-to-end overseeing of Service, Erection & Commissioning activities, Ensure timely completion of commissioning activities. Handover Machine to customer with Trial & testing of PLC controlled machine as per customer Purchase Order & specification followed by closing meeting & signed MOM. Plan, lead, and deliver & Complete control on project progress. Communication with customers throughout the project planning to hand over. Monitor and provide day to day site Plan V/s actual implementation and Report. Handling customer queries & complaints effectively, Oversee and attend customer service calls of lamination, impregnation, and press line machinery etc... Customer Support & Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality Service, Erection & Commissioning activities, and technical support. Process Optimization: Develop strategies to improve service efficiency and minimize downtime. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor service engineers and technicians. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, design, production, and quality teams. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. Technology Integration: Implement automation and digital tools to enhance service operations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical 10 to 12 Years with shop floor ..Immediate Joiner
