Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Influencer Marketing located in Patna, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and collaborating with influencers, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to meet marketing objectives. The role also includes managing relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality content delivery. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies Strong skills in identifying and collaborating with influencers Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing campaign performance Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
