Job Purpose: Looking to hire Strategy research analyst to be part of Research Services team. Successful candidate will be responsible for strategy research, quantitative modelling, portfolio building, database management, thematic presentations, as well as handle numerous one-off client and team requests. Desired Skills and experience MBA/CFA with undergraduate degree in Math/Stats/Eco/Engg 5-7 years of experience, ideally in sell-side strategy research. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in programming (Python) , data analysis (Statistics), and financial modeling. Expertise in retrieving and analyzing information from FactSet and Bloomberg. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Preparing Equity research reports, quarterly & event updates, Creative idea generation of new stocks, mainly from the small-mid cap space. Focus towards bottom up investing only, identify new business, proficient in gathering data. Required Candidate profile Monitoring the performance of the recommendations & adjusting their views as needed. Engage in extensive data crunching to identify new companies. Proficient in resolving client queries promptly.

Job Location is office in Borivali (Mumbai Western Suburbs ). Role & responsibilities : Maintain updated investor related records like KYC, investments, fair value reporting (not fair valuation assessment). Basic analysis of startup deals, preparing internal documents as per templates. Controlling data inputs in our proprietary tech interface for startups and investors. Create / update investor profile in our tech interface. Preparing quarterly investment related updates and reports. Assisting internal / external teams for regulatory compliance of the fund. Maintain record of important contractual dates in investor agreements with multiple companies. Preferred candidate profile : Experience in equity research / sectoral research and writing skills. Flair for research using publicly available information on sectors. Good command over English writing. Cool demeanor while interacting with investors about their issues and challenges. Spoken languages Marathi and Hindi languages apart from Fluent English Expert knowledge of Excel / Outlook and Power point Exposure to other investment related tech apps is beneficial but not a constraint.
