Equity Research - Fundamental Research

You are a highly skilled and motivated Fundamental Research Analyst who will be responsible for conducting fundamental equity research and designing rule-based equity investment strategies to consistently outperform industry benchmarks. You will collaborate with a team of fundamental analysts to develop and refine multiple strategies, with a primary objective of achieving Alpha generation targets. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and constructing advanced rule-based strategies for equity investments, rigorously back-testing these strategies to ensure their effectiveness, implementing and monitoring the strategies to achieve consistent risk-adjusted investment returns, and possessing a strong understanding of equity markets with expertise in fundamental analysis. You should demonstrate proficiency in analyzing complex financial data using Excel and work closely with the team of fundamental analysts to contribute to the development of various investment strategies. Additionally, you will be required to prepare sophisticated fundamental reports on sectors, industries, and stocks, as well as engage in financial modeling. Communication with HNI, corporate, and institutional clients will also be part of your responsibilities.
