What You Will Do: Coordinate with the Fraud and Merchant Risk Teams to understand their reporting needs, and iterate on dashboards and visualizations to allow them to track metrics to achieve their business goals Work closely with operational teams to build monitoring and alerting to minimize gaps in our fraud and risk program Ingest data from external vendors and coalesce with Toast data to analyze efficacy of vendors Work cross-functionally with other data teams at Toast to ensure data availability and accuracy Analyze large sets of transaction data to develop fraud mitigation strategy Do you have the right ingredients 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, experience in fraud and/or risk is a plus Very strong SQL skills, R and Python skills and experience with Hex, Snowflake and Splunk are a plus Data driven, with a passion for efficiency An inquisitive nature, someone who wants to explore variances, and understand root causes Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives with minimal oversight Ability to work in flexible work environments and US or Night shifts/timings.
