Key Responsibilities:
Provide equity research support to a large asset manager.Work closely with the Portfolio Manager in an integrated team structure.Analyze and provide insights on companies and sectors.Conduct financial modeling and valuation (DCF, multiples, etc.).Track market trends, earnings, IPOs, corporate actions, and regulatory updates.Prepare investment notes, research reports, and presentations.Engage with company management, brokers, and investors.Contribute to bottom-up thematic research for stock selection.
Candidate Profile38 years of equity research experience (SRA: 3-5 years; LA: 5-8 years)Strong communication and client relationship skillsDeep understanding of finance and accounting conceptsDetail-oriented with high analytical rigor and a problem-solving mindsetSelf-starter with the ability to adapt and learnProficiency in financial databases (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Visible Alpha, Daloopa, Canalyst, etc.)MBA (Finance), CA (CPA equivalent), or CFA (US)Strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and market awareness
