As a Retail Wealth Advisory Sales professional, your main responsibility will be to effectively plan your daily work schedule by prioritizing leads based on the significance of the Wealth Advisory funnel and its size. Your role will involve assessing the suitability of Wealth Advisory products that align with the investing objectives of clients. It is crucial to engage with potential customers with a focus on achieving high-quality lead conversions. You will be expected to proactively follow up on leads that are assigned by the Wealth Advisory Head and provide regular progress reports along with mitigation strategies to ensure the desired outcomes. Collaboration with the Wealth Advisory Head is essential to collectively work towards achieving the objectives of Wealth Advisory. Your contribution to the team's performance will be vital, and you are encouraged to share and implement best practices that drive success. Furthermore, you will play a key role in disseminating learnings and good practices within the team to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual recognition. As a prerequisite, you must hold a graduate degree and possess fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a high degree of accuracy, are essential for this role. You should be willing and capable of working additional hours occasionally to complete tasks efficiently. Attendance at company meetings outside normal working hours, typically once a month, is also expected. Immediate availability for joining is required, and knowledge of the Equities Market would be advantageous.
