- To review equipment drawing, P & ID, & Prepare project cost estimation sheet. Identify opportunity for cost reductions while project planning. - Prepares and submit minutes of strategy meeting. - Implement new ideas to improve operational quality and efficiency - Having knowledge about projects and maintained is preferable. - To maintain master file and keep record of all project relevant documents. - To update capex-status reports as well as project progress report. - To report superior day to day activities and planning. - having knowledge about auto CAD is added advance. - having knowledge about BOQ Calculation of projects material requirement. - Knowledge about installation and commissioning of process and utility and equipment. - Knowledge about energy saving in utilities. - Having knowledge of preventive of all equipment like pump reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD etc. - Having knowledge and experience of reactor and pump M. Seal replacement. - Maintenance bill measurement checking. - Experience of vacuum and pressure vessel handling. - Knowledge must of utility handling like cooling tower, boiler, chilling plant, air compressor, nitrogen plant etc. -Candidate must required automatic plant experience.
