Role & responsibilities Prepare monthly RA (Running Account) Bills , Transportation Bills , and Breakdown/O.T. (Overtime) Calculations as per client work orders, for Heavy Equupments supplied on rental basis such as Cranes, Piling Rigs, Boom Placers, etc. Verify equipment deployment, idle hours, breakdown hours , and prepare summaries for billing accuracy. Coordinate with the P&M (Plant & Machinery) department to reconcile breakdown reports, operating logs, and fuel records.
