As a Field Executive in Asset Operations at the manufacturing plant, your role involves performing operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth and safe plant operations to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards as per company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Align shift production with EPS movement plan - Coordinate with Respective Solids Coke LO and PCG-MHS team - Ensure safe vehicle movement on ramp - Implement Dumper Checklist, TBT, ReSOP, HITRA, and PTW system at the site - Utilize PCCS SOPs effectively - Handle material handling system and ensure product quality and quantity - Check particle size visually and maximize train production - Maintain ramp condition by avoiding abnormalities - Ensure safe movement of vehicles by avoiding stopper hitting and littering - Follow FIFO logic for vehicle feeding hopper and maintain safe distance between trucks - Utilize safety procedures by O&M contractor staff effectively - Maintain daily reports for PCCS Safety, Performance, and Improvement with SAP transaction details - Support in regular risk assessment and conduct toolbox talks for safe work practices - Execute process activities within safety operating procedures to reduce accidents and incidents - Identify, document, and report near miss incidents to prevent future occurrences - Adhere to safety and management guidelines like IMS, ISO, TQM, OMS, PSM, QCC, 5S, etc. - Follow procedures like LOTO, N2 gas safety, Line break, etc. Success Metrics: - Number of workplace-related incidents in the plant - Number of field round (ODR) - Number of entries in the SD job register - Housekeeping of the plant Operating Network: Internal: Site Operations Team, Compliance Team, Health & Safety Team, HR Team External: Vendors, Regulators, Local Communities Qualification Required: - Education Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a field executive in site operations Note: Additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.,
