Operate and monitor stacker equipment safely and efficiently during assigned shifts. Adjust machine settings to ensure proper stacking patterns and product stability. Inspect products and materials for quality defects before stacking. Ensure pallets are correctly loaded, aligned, and secured for storage or dispatch. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) on stacker equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly. Report any malfunctions, safety hazards, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately. Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams to meet daily output targets. Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.

Operate and maintain the building management system (BMS). Monitor and control building systems and equipment. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of BMS. Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal building performance. Maintain accurate records of BMS activities and performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BMS operations.

Conducting electrocardiogram (EKG), phonocardiogram, echocardiogram, and stress tests by using electronic equipment. Ensuring cardiology patients are comfortable by answering any questions they have about the tests. Recording the results of cardiological tests and consulting with the physician on duty to schedule any follow-up tests. Assisting physicians during non-evasive cardiological procedures by monitoring the patients' heart rates and alerting the physicians to any readings outside normal ranges. Maintaining cardiological equipment and supplies with daily cleanings and adjustments. Recording supply inventory levels and restocking the supply storeroom accordingly. Troubleshooting problems with cardiological equipment and reporting any malfunctions to superiors. Staying up-to-date with cardiological developments by attending conferences and participating in research projects

Design, develop, and test electronic and electrical systems and components. Perform circuit design, analysis, and simulation. To manage the team and manage the house keeping activities at the site Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the work of cleaning personnel in hotels, hospitals, schools and colleges, and other enterprises and organizations Assign work duties, evaluate performance, and train new personnel in policies and procedures, as well as operation of cleaning and maintenance equipment Handle complaints, and all housekeeping-related customer service concerns and resolve any problems efficiently Maintain inventory records of cleaning and other supplies, and may handle purchasing of materials and equipment maintenance services Keep track of room check-out and check-in schedules to assign room cleaning tasks to workers Supervising a housekeeping department requires someone with good management and communication skills Qualifications: Should have managed a team Know the job well

To ensure the site is functioning smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Perform highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting work involved with electrical systems. Electrical work may be performed in a number of areas including heating, refrigeration, motors, fire alarms, and generator equipment. Work involves the technical application of electrical principles. Install, test, inspect, maintain, service, and repair lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, specialized electrical equipment, and machinery. Operate power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment. Construct and maintain service equipment. Read electrical circuit diagrams. Requisition materials and supplies from stockroom, call vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies, and recommend purchases and suppliers. Transfer primary power from one power source to another. Install conductors, splice cable, build terminations, and perform necessary hookups for primary power lines. Set poles, string overhead lines, and perform overhead line maintenance. Lay underground conduit for electrical lines and install low voltage electric lines and conduit for telephone systems. Perform other trades work incidental to electrical work as required.
