Your responsibilities will cover a variety of tasks related to the supply/fabrication, installation and startup of equipment for sulphuric acid plants. In this function you will handle small projects and support larger projects from proposal and follow-up until final acceptance by customer is received. This includes: Installation checks on MECS supplied equipment Start up and trouble shoot coolers with anodic protection in operations at Client sites Collaborate with our offices in Belgium, USA & KSA to establish technical specification Manage vendors scope, quality, and schedule Provide manufacturing support on equipment in the shop or in the field as required Develop competitive costing solution for Stainless Steel equipment manufacturing Support sales team in developing proposals and global solutions for our customers. Your profile: For this position, we are looking for someone with: a master in engineering sciences 5 - 10 years of experience as project engineer or project manager in the process or metallurgical industry 5 - 10 years of experience in stainless equipment fabrication in the field and in a workshop excellent communication skills, oral and written, in English knowledge of PLC & HMI programs as well as basic instrument control loops is a plus an analytical and accurate way of working with experience in trouble shooting willing to travel 50% of the time.
