Job Title : Assistant/Deputy Engineer - Electrical Maintenance Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in control panel design, commercial electrical design, and technical documentation . The ideal candidate will support automation initiatives, preventive maintenance, and lead technical improvements to enhance machine performance and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities : Perform routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance for machinery. Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and improvement measures. Evaluate machinery for upgrades or replacements based on operational performance. Collaborate with the production team to minimize machine downtime. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components. Provide support for machine automation and related electrical systems. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules . Monitor equipment performance trends and suggest technical improvements. Train and develop technicians , enhancing skillsets within the maintenance team.
