You will be responsible for ensuring compliance of all staff on site with the approved site safety manual. This includes confirming, issuing, and recording safety documents, as well as ensuring that all equipment being used is duly certified with current certificates. It will be your duty to ensure that employees working or visiting your area of responsibility adhere to the approved site safety manual. Any breaches of approved safety procedures should be reported to the Project Manager promptly. You will also be required to prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety within the organization. Correcting unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority will be part of your responsibilities. Evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law will also be an essential aspect of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate with an Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from MSBTE Board and possess 2 to 6 years of experience in Safety within the Elevator, Construction, or Infrastructure industry. This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.
