General Expectations and Past Experiences: 1-3 years' Maintenance Executive experience in API Manufacturing (Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting). Hands-on experience: Civil/Fabrication, Mechanical/Electrical Systems Repair (Pharmaceutical). Solid understanding of API Manufacturing, Equipment Validation, and SOPs. Proven ability to develop Maintenance Schedules, reduce Downtime, and execute Corrective Actions. Familiarity with Procurement, Spare Parts, and Maintenance Documentation. Location: Wada | Maharashtra } 90 KM from Thane Key Responsibilities of a Fitter in a Plant Assembly and Installation Fit and assemble mechanical parts and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools. Install machinery, piping, and mechanical systems based on blueprints or technical drawings. Align and position parts accurately to ensure proper function. Maintenance and Repair Conduct routine maintenance on plant machinery (pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.). Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs or part replacements. Ensure that machinery operates efficiently and safely. Pipe Fitting (in chemical or process plants) Measure, cut, and install piping systems for the transport of fluids or gases. Service Engineer - Bioanalytical @ Vimta Labs, Ltd, Cherlapally Experience: 6-10 years in relevant field CTC: Based on their current CTC; as per market standards Reports to: HOD Primary Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain laboratory equipment, including LC-MS/MS, HPLC, Analytical Balances, pH Meters, Nitrogen Evaporators, Milli-Q Systems, Shakers, Deep Freezers (DF), Refrigerators, and other analytical instruments. Perform routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance verification of lab instruments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
