Position Overview WillScot is seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. This role is centered on leveraging data-driven insights to refine our marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in marketing analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable strategies. The candidate should also have ability to deal with and conduct pricing analytics due to the aptitude of analytical tools and models. This position reports directly to the Senior manager marketing and collaborates closely with cross-departmental teams to bolster our analytics capabilities, offering guidance to junior analysts as needed Key Responsibilities Campaign Analytics Hands on analysis of marketing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Key marketing automation platform specialists (e.g., Marketing Cloud for Email, Demandbase for ABM, etc.) to orchestrate multi-channel initiatives across the entire customer buying cycle Implement robust analytics methodologies to measure and forecast campaign performance. SEO & SEM Analytics Analyze SEO and SEM data to support digital marketing initiatives. Work with digital teams to create data-driven roadmaps and strategies that align with market demands. Deliver on analytics and actions with keyword strategies and search engine marketing plans Pricing analysis Analyze pricing data and trends to support the development of competitive pricing strategies. Collaborate with the pricing team, evaluate the impact of pricing change on sales and profitability. Model and conduct elasticity studies and scenario modelling with recommend pricing adjustments. . Data Analysis and Interpretation Lead the analysis of complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends. Provide clear, concise, and actionable reports to stakeholders across the organization on both visualization tools and PowerPoint. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and tools to enhance data-driven decision-making. Leading A/B testing and measurement framework and clear idea on the outcomes and delivery of automated marketing efforts Direct hands on exp on Marketing tools and techniques Utilize Salesforce, and more specifically, Marketing Cloud as our primary email marketing automation platform Google and Adobe analytics expertise Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in marketing, Analytics, or a related field. MTech, MSc (Math’s, Statistics), Master with economics and statistics Additional certification and courses in analytics tools, techniques, visualization preferred Experience 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics roles with global exposure. Hands on tools and techniques exp with direct data modeling on marketing and pricing data Skills Web and digital analytics tools – Google analytics, Adobe analytics Experience with pricing data analytics. An individual who is customer-service driven with focus on managing outstanding debts and ensure timely payments from our customers in United States, Canada, and Mexico. This individual will provide support and coordinate with the billing function of our Accounts Receivable team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Key Responsibilities The primary focus of this position is to handle/collect on past due customer accounts. Manage customer portfolio of accounts. Focus on achievement of collection targets, manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize bad debt reserves. May have accounts that are high profile or classified as National Accounts. Follows a pre-defined strategy, emailing or calling customers as necessary. Replies to customers with a sense of urgency and high customer service level. Escalates accounts to branches and/or management when issues arise. Reconciles accounts that are more complex in nature, higher volume of invoices. Assists in providing individual metrics. Drive achievement of collection targets, manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize bad debt reserves. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and implement proactive measures for overdue accounts. Monitor delinquency rates and coaching collectors on ways to decrease their delinquency rates Collaborate with Customer Operations and Cash Application teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end invoicing and payment process. Manage customer invoice portal access, submit electronic invoices, and complete required onboarding documentation. Education And Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 7 years of experience in collections with a focus on B2B accounts/ commercial collections /corporate customer.
