Role Description Equinox is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support enterprise HR and people analytics programs. You will work across client engagements to map, structure, and analyze people-related datasets — including employee master data, compensation, performance, and organization metrics — to enable smarter decisions through reporting and insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving data puzzles, collaborating with HR and systems teams, and making messy data meaningful Qualifications · • Structure and validate critical HR data elements (CDEs) such as employee master, hierarchy, job, pay, and performance history · • Consolidate and clean data across disparate HR/Finance systems and regions · • Build and maintain data dictionaries, lineage maps, and source-to-target mappings · • Support design of analytics-ready datasets for use in Power BI or dashboard tools • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and IT to define and document requirements Must Have Skills:- · 3–6 years experience in HR, Business/Data Analytics · • Advanced Excel and data transformation skills (Power Query, pivoting, lookups) · • Strong understanding of HR data — e.g., pay structures, goals, appraisal ratings, bonus eligibility, etc. · • Ability to interpret and reconcile datasets from multiple systems (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) Bonus Points:- · Exposure to Executive Compensation, Performance Management, or HRIS implementations · • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python · • Experience creating stakeholder-ready reports or dashboards To Apply:- Email your resume to careers@equinoxhcp.com with the subject line: Data Analyst – People & Performance
