Join us as an Equity Research Intern on the buy-side analyst team for a full-time, on-site position in North West Delhi. This is a hands-on role designed for students or recent graduates who are serious about building a career in equity research but are not yet fully qualified CAs/CFAs. Key Responsibilities Fundamental Analysis Build & update financial models (3-statement, DCF, relative valuation) for small-cap companies. Track quarterly results; extract Key Performance Indicators trends from call transcripts. Sector & Thematic Map value chains, addressable market sizes, and regulatory frameworks. Benchmark Indian players vs. global peers. Scuttlebutt / Primary Work Participate in plant visits, channel checks, vendor calls, and industry trade-show walkthroughs. Management Interaction Prep Draft meeting decks & targeted questionnaires. Internal Memos & Investment Notes Convert research insights into crisp “1-pager” thesis. Present findings to the manager.
