We are seeking a highly competent and driven individual to join our team as the Manager - Corporate Finance & Strategy with an experience in infrastructure, energy, agri or real asset sectors. A hands-on finance leader to drive rigorous cash flow management and optimise working capital in a capital-heavy operating environment. Key Responsibilities: Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Own, monitor, and optimise all aspects of cash flow—daily, monthly, and annual—across the organisation to ensure liquidity, funding, and growth. Design and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models, proactively identifying shortfalls and surpluses and planning transitions between operating, investing, and financing activities. Oversee accounts receivable/payable cycles, inventory and payment terms, with a laser focus on minimising working capital requirements while maximising operational agility. Develop and implement clear controls, dashboards, and internal policies to track actuals vs. plans and drive accountability. Pioneer strategies, including supplier/customer term negotiations, to optimise the company’s working capital and cash conversion cycles. Capital Management & Structuring Lead financial modelling and documentation for debt/equity transactions and structured project finance deals. Draft, negotiate, review, and maintain investment contracts to ensure terms are clear, enforceable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. Build client/ investor relationships, support financial closes, and ensure compliance for large capital flows. FP&A and Reporting Integrate operational and project metrics into forward-looking financial plans, cash flow forecasts, and dashboards for leadership. Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and support high-impact financial decision-making. Strategic & Project Finance Drive investment/project appraisals with returns analysis, risk assessment, and funding strategy alignment. Coordinate with legal, finance, and business teams to mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and ensure seamless contract execution throughout the investment lifecycle Stay current on industry benchmarks specific to infra, energy, and real assets. Governance, Audit & Compliance Institute rigorous financial controls and audit readiness for all cash and capital management processes. Monitor compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal governance obligations related to investments, proactively tracking deadlines, amendments, and reporting requirements Ideal Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA), 3–5 years post-qualification experience. Proven experience in sectors with significant working capital management and cash flow complexities—infra, energy, real assets, agri. Hands-on track record of optimising cash and working capital cycles, managing fund flows across multi-entity structures, and supporting large, multi-stakeholder transactions. Proficiency with dashboards and BI tools for real-time cash/working capital tracking Strong analytical, modelling, and controls orientation. Exposure to treasury management systems, Accounts Payable/ Receivable automation, and/or dedicated cash management solutions is a plus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of carbon projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence, developing emission reduction calculations, handling stakeholder consultations, and managing project verification audits. Expertise in international standards, carbon markets, project certification processes, and relationship building with stakeholders are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should have a background in environmental science or related fields, a minimum of 5 years of project development experience, and exceptional communication skills to lead and mentor a team.
