We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented professionals for our Retail Wealth Advisory team. As a Senior/Wealth Consultant (SWC/SSWC), you will be responsible for helping clients build long-term wealth through disciplined equity investments. This role involves extensive client interaction, requiring excellent communication and persuasive skills to drive conversions and meet performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Plan daily outreach activities based on lead priority and funnel stage. Understand client needs and recommend suitable Wealth Advisory products aligned with their financial goals. Engage with potential clients through calls and digital interactions to pitch investment offerings and convert leads. Follow up on assigned leads, updating progress regularly and developing strategies to meet set targets. Collaborate closely with the Wealth Advisory Head to align with business goals and deliver consistent performance. Share best practices, success stories, and learning experiences with peers to enhance team effectiveness. Stay updated with current market trends and equity-related developments to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements: Graduate (Mandatory) 6 months to 3 years of experience in Wealth Advisory, preferably in a proactive sales or client-facing role within BFSI/Finance/Marketing sectors. Proficient in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines or client commitments. Flexibility to attend monthly meetings or events outside regular working hours. Knowledge of equity markets is an added advantage.
