As the Shift Lead for Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards in production processes across multiple manufacturing areas, including CNC machining, injection molding, anodizing, assembly, and testing. Your role will involve leading and coaching engineers and quality inspectors, driving continuous improvement, and resolving process and customer issues. You will also be in charge of driving key performance metrics, including Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) for all quality measurement equipment and managing the quality management systems. Monitor and ensure the quality of products during various stages of the manufacturing process, including CNC, injection molding, anodizing, assembly, and testing. Ensure that all processes adhere to the defined quality standards and specifications. Lead and guide a team of engineers and quality inspectors, ensuring they are well-equipped to follow quality standards and best practices. Provide coaching, support, and training to ensure adherence to quality control procedures, fostering a culture of quality within the team. Analyze quality-related issues, customer complaints, and process challenges. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and customer support) to resolve quality issues, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor and improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) for all quality measurement equipment, such as CMM, OMM, Equators, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Ensure optimal utilization and performance of quality measurement equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability. Provide detailed reports on quality performance, process deviations, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives to management. Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and quality standards. Conduct internal audits of processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and ensure timely follow-up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and continuous improvement. Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) supports the company's objectives and customer requirements. Lead or participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Focus on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall process performance to meet quality objectives. Qualifications: - B.E., (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics /Mechatronics) with 8+ Years of Experience - Diploma in (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics /Mechatronics), with 11~12 Years of Experience Required Skills: - Knowledge on GD&T, MSA, SPC, SQC, Cosmetics, QC/QA/SQM - Exposure to Manufacturing process of CNC, Injection moulding, Anodising, Laser Welding and Assembly - Experience in Measurement Equipments CMM / OMM / Equators / AOIs - People Management and Strong Leadership Capabilities - Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred Skills: - Statistical Analysis using JMP/Minitab - Certified Internal auditor (ISO 9001),
