Tasks and Responsibilities Programmes: Attending AfE sessions on field for a deeper understanding of the modules. Supporting in monitoring field activities and contributing in programme improvement Coordinating with mentors to shoot photographs in the communities. Lead some sessions in the communities and schools, after an in-depth training. RDE: Supporting in the documentation process of M&E tools. Collecting stories from the ground to prepare documents. Supporting in conducting FGDs in communities and analysing them. Communicating with team, collecting information and preparing Monthly Reports Coding, entering data and analysis of Knowledge Test Assessment (KAT) Communications: Creating content and writing blogs and reports on events in ECF. Collecting interviews of participants and alumni and preparing case stories from the field. Contributing in designing online campaigns and posts for Communications and social media. Skills Required Knowledge of G-Suites and Microsoft Proficiency in English and Marathi A team player with positive attitude and communication skills ECF urges freshers to apply
