About DLUX EQ-IQ EQ-IQ is DLUX’s Centre of Excellence focused on nurturing talent, curiosity, and continuous learning in Martech, digital transformation, and AI-powered experiences. We are looking for passionate educators to join our learning faculty in Coimbatore to shape the next generation of digital talent. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led sessions (online & offline) in areas such as digital marketing, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento/Salesforce), and emerging martech tools. Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly formats using real-world use cases and interactive teaching methods. Develop or adapt training content in collaboration with our CoE leads. Mentor, coach, and assess students, providing structured feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate training records including attendance, performance, and feedback. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. 1–3 years of teaching or corporate training experience preferred. Exposure to Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot) is a strong advantage. Strong communication, empathy, and learner-centric mindset. Willingness to continuously upskill.
